Story:

“This year it’s going to be different”, announced Ulla Keto booking me for this years event. “Sure. sure”, Bubs and I thought, but in terms of filming, it certainly was.

We arrived early and, according to tradition, armed with a PD 150, still quite possibly the best all round camera for covering events. What with The Joker and DAD playing live, we knew Keto would be busy, but after 20 mins wait in Imperial’s foyer, I couldn’t control myself any longer. Ran to the closest beer fridge, and started drinking those gloriously free bottles. An hour later Keto arrived and at this stage Bubs had been doing all the shooting while I’d been drinking at impressive pace. People came. Live performances. All going very well, if it hadn’t been for the tasty Bombay Crush served there.
Luckily these didn’t hit me till we were at the post-party club later, where, in all honesty I didn’t shoot as much as 5 seconds. Beloved Bubba was all over it, but sad too afterwards, that we hadn’t worked out that the track we used (“live”) was by talentless wanker Justin Timberlake. But what a night it was.
So far the best Arnold film for me and just a little bit challenging with the “live performances´…Am I the only one who is impressed with the sound quality of a digital camera set to auto during a full on concert?
